A little change of this year’s newsletter:
Instead of 3-2-1, I would like to start the 1-2-3 arrangement order.
This is to get in an introduction of what inspires me for this week’s lessons, and the experience of implementing the lessons.

I decided to do something crazy this year as I am turning 30.

Believe it or not.
This boy cut is just a preview.
My real intention is to shave my head bald while celebrating the milestone of being 30.
Every choice you made in life,
is a vote to build the character of who you want to be.
I vote to be brave.
Be courageous.
Be passionate.
Be unapologetically beautiful.
This is the highlight of my day, which is shaping the highlight for 2023.

1. What do “Coaches” do?
Most coaching is remedial in nature.
“Tell me your problem and I’ll help you fix it. Then tell me your next problem and we’ll fix that, too…”
It’s downstream thinking.
So, what is a coach’s upstream thinking?
A coach's job to high-performing clients is to:
relentlessly draw out their genius
help them upgrade the quality of their problems
help them live into more powerful questions

I am implementing Highlight reflection daily.
It feels like a to-do list, yet with the element of emotion.
Despite it all, always come down to an anchor: “Why is this important for you?”
